Wellness technology is exploding. Smart rings, vagus nerve stimulators, red-light panels, sound-healing tools, EMF shielding pendants — they're all marketed to the same audience, often by the same retailers, often with the same confidence.
The mainstream review sites ignore half of it. The wellness lifestyle brands cherry-pick the premium end. Nobody covers the whole spectrum honestly.
That's the gap we fill. We rate every product on the same 1–5 Woo-Woo Meter — from rigorously science-backed to purely experiential — and tell you exactly where each one sits. Both ends of the scale belong here. Both deserve straight talk.
We test in good faith
We use the gear we recommend where we can. Where we can't, we say so. Our reviews are based on manufacturer specs, public clinical evidence, and category-level reasoning — clearly labeled.
